there is a small problem in the network name
the name have to be Rami Levy, and it's showing as Pelephone!
Pelephone is the default operator and Rami Levy is using Pelephone's Infrastructure.
and network location don't work sometimes and maps app shows location
not available and sometimes it take a while to get it and sometimes it work fine
