New Orientation of taken picture

When you holding camera in landscape mode and home button is on left side, taken picture is saved with orientation set to 0. If home button is on a right side, orientation is set to 180. When you using app like sportstracker, every photo with orientation set to 180 is saved and synced upside down. Anyway it doesnt make sense to me why should be set orientation of taken picture to something different than 0 or 90 no matter how you holding camera when you taking picture unless you see real picture upside down. If i want picture to be upside down i`m gonna do it in Photoshop... i consider this behavior as bug. Please fix it if is it possible. Thanks.
