Ota With Unlock Twrp And Root

Hi
I have a Redmi note 4 with Qualcomm. Unlocked, twrp and rooted. I would like to update my phone. I still get a message that a newer version is available. I have now 8.2.5 global. I would like to use the Dutch language but.this is not available in the global ROM right?
How can I update safely? I don't won't to lose.my apps,data and settings.
Which step do I have to follow to update en keep the root (or re-root)

Download the update rom
Install it from twrp
Don't reboot
Install SU
Wipe cach
Reboot

Thank you. I read somewhere that you need to flash also lazy flasher and disattive something in the twrp? Do I need to download the full time or what is coming with the ota. I did the download and the file.is 1,5 gb

I just don't want to brick my phone.
Are this steps.also correct to the last update which came today out?

No harm from flashing lazy flasher at the end but normaly it only need on first flash of twrp

if i follow your steps i get an error bij twrp. when i want to flash the file i get the message.. file is corrupt.

how further?

ok.. solved. you need to download the update from the xiaomi site. not directly via the ota updater. then follow the mentioned steps
