Permission Manager Modifications

Hi all,
Anyone knows how to control the permission Manager from handle specific apps or services?

I currently have 2 annoying issues:
1. Car Bluetooth can't control the device besides play/pause. (I have several more options that are not responding in MIUI8 like call contacts and answer ect.

2. Error for delete contacts when using syncML.
