New Phone calls bugs

First of all, can you tell what do you think about the xiaomi mi 10t pro?
I got it and i have some problems with the phone calls in the speakers mode, when call someone the speakers starts to beat and to do some weird sounds that make me stop the call, and the i send a voice message and its like nothing happend. I would like to know how can i fix this, and if a change to xiaomi eu, this s**t will be fix it automatically.
I did the phone test and its everything good , its not the hardware cause everything is "good".

Mi10t pro is an awesome phone. Did u try another dialer app like truecaller or true phone? Yes, with our rom the problem isn't there. BTW, try a speaker cleanup from settings
