Phone Stack In Boot After Installing 6.3.17

Hello,

I flashed the new 6.3.17 ROM with TWRP on my Mi4....
after rebooting the phone stack in startup (black screen with MI logo, and the 3 dots ruining below)
i tried to flash it again without any susses...i tried to flash 6.3.10 with the same result
at the first flashing attempt i didn't do wipe cache+davlik

can someone please help???

i waited for 30 min and nothing...
i try to installed global stable ROM with MiFlash in boot recovery mode (after i did wipe data+cache+davlik)
and i get the message in the attached pic

what can i do?

Stable is kitkat, MiFlash newer dev rom.

Or edit flash_all.bat to write partition table.
