Play Store Error DF-DFERH-01

Hi.
I own a Xiaomi K20 Pro and dirty installed the xiaomi.eu stable 10.4.4.0.
Before that i had the stable 10.3.17.0
Since the update the Google Play Store does not work anymore.
Play Store Version is 16.4.15-all [0] [PR] 266045712
Following Error Message occurs:
"Error while retrieving information from server DFDFERH-01".
I tried all the Solutions which can be found on the Internet.
- Clean Cache / Delete Data of Google store app and/or Google services
- Remove Google Account / Add Google Account
- Deinstall Google Store Update.
Nothing works.
I tried to install 10.4.4.0 clean. Same issue. Google Play Store does not work.
Installed 10.3.17.0 again and recovered my previous, before the update taken, Backup. Voila...Google Play Store works.
Dirty Flashed 10.4.4.0 again -> Google Play Store does not work anymore.
I will stay on 10.4.4.0 because Installation of Software works if I install it via the Webbrowser Version of Google Play Store

To Conclude:
For me Google Play Store works in Android Pie but not in Android Q.

Does anyone have the same problem or , better, a Solution?

I updated the Google Play Store with the the newest Google Play Store apk downloaded from apkmirror.
