When I try to buy something in app. After entering the card info I got the message saying Google stopped working is that a issue with the ROM?

Try wipe cache + dalvik from TWRP Recovery.

You will not lose any REAL data. You will wiping some junk...

No those are both caches, dalvik regenerates itself at first boot and normal cache when you run apps AFAIK.

Self made unsigned theme parts might get switched back to default.
