Pleas help me i have 2.3.30 miui on htc desire, and my togle after some time keeps coming down when i type on keyboard or sliding with my finger accros the screen.

Please check your launcher settings and see if you have any enabled gesture controls. In some launchers, the gesture of swiping down is set as pulling the status bar down.
