Please help brought used galaxy note

Hi i brought an unlocked galaxy note and it seems to not have all the languages.....im missing german and many more its brought in france.how can i install language packs,,plus i also want greek...thnxxxx

We don't have a release of the Galaxy Note, so I'm not sure how your running MIUI on it.
