Please help connecting the device with the Alexa assistant

I have 6 Xiaomi smart devices, all devices are installed in the app that is connected to Alexa via Xiaomi skill, but Alexa does not recognize any device. When connecting to Google Assistant, the devices are recognized and work solidly, the only problem was when connecting, I have a router that works on 2.4 and 5.0 Ghz WI-FI signal and the application recognizes only 5.0 Ghz and refuses to connect the devices because they only work on 2.4, so I was forced to take a WI-FI signal amplifier that works only at 2.4 Ghz and connect devices through it. Please help if anyone knows why Alexa does not recognize the devices. Thank you!
