Please help! My mipad won't boot into recovery mode and fastboot mode

I can boot in normal mode, but with recovery mode and fastboot mode black screen. There is some way to fix it?

Sorry. The problem is that in my device I can't access to fastboot mode. I have adb but not fastboot.
