POCO F3 not booting into OS, stuck in boot screen.

Flashed v14.0.8.0.TKHCNXM successfully but the phone is stuck in POCO boot screen and not booting into the OS.
After sometimes the screen goes black and boots again to the POCO boot screen. (It's not boot looping).
Approx after 3 or 4 boots, it boots into TWRP which was part of this ROM (User did not flash TWRP separately).
Any help or suggestions would be helpful.

After it booted into TWRP, I also tried to flash the same rom again but sill the phone is stuck in boot screen.

Additionally, during the time the phone is stuck on boot screen the phone heats up.
