Poco f3 stuck on Fastboot (the one with cap and glass)

can someone help me please? I'm getting frustrated right now, I've tried reinstalling to stock miui android 11 from lineage os, I tried following some guide and decided to flash it using mi flash. However upon trial and error I actually don't know why flashing won't succeed. I'm getting confused if I should be flashing the firmware first or flash directly to the main rom, I tried flashing the firmware old and new but nothing works, upon checking the latest log I think most flashes was success but I see that here was the problem :

I also tried to flash directly from the main rom but It keep saying mismatch image something.

Why... V14.0.8.0.TKHMIXM is the latest Global ROM, and that is Android 13; & HyperOS is OS1.0.3.0.TKHMIXM, but hopefully you had gotten it figured out by now. ;P
