Poco X3 Pro Security Update

Hello,
I'm looking for help. my Poco X3 Pro hasn't received a security update since May'23. Now my company requires to have Aug'23 Security Update as minimum or I will no longer be able to access my work data on Mobile Phone.

Can you help to update my mobile security patch, please?

Looks like you need a custom rom.
