1. you need to download APK (Xiaomi SIM Activation Service R-23.03.21)
2. Install on his phone, restart the phone
3. Delete this update in the installation applications.
4. Restart the phone, go to settings > xiaomi account > xiaomi cloud > sms, click on sync with sim 1, click accept everything, wait and everything works
