New Poor screen recorder audio quality

I've selected system audio and every option is set to maximum. The playing media quality is low while the recorded audio sounds decent in terms of quality but it's way too loud. If i record with the volume on more than 2/15, the audio gets distorted. Here's a video of what is recorded
