Pop-up camera animation

Hi guys!

i am currently on 10.4.4.0 stable. I was searching for an option that let me deactivate ONLY the animation that occurs when the pop up camera comes out or in. Not the led on the camera itself but the Purple animation on top of the screen. I can only deactivate both led and animation but not only the second one.
