Pop Ups Popping Out

So the pop ups started popping up today very often, every time I unlock the phone and sometimes that I open the apps.. I think the problem could be the Touchpal app but I turned off the notifications for that app and the pop ups are still there.. How can I detect which app is causing it or has anyone had same problems and could somebody please give me some advices, thank you

forgot to add when the popups pop or even when they dont the screen gets a black line on top and it seems like I cant control the screen?

It might be the file manager as I can see it when i click all apps, never start it but it shows in the background with popup materials? how do I remove that?
