Possible to flash 10.4 stable Mi9 (cepheus)?

Hi! I'm new to xiaomi and just found this awesome looking rom and i'm thinking about trying it out.
Now, i can't see Xiaomi Mi 9 being supported in the chart in the ''stable builds'' thread.
I'd preferebly flash a stable build as i need my phone in my work so a working bug-free phone is a must.
My Mi9 is currently on 10.2.13 Global. Thanks!

And where exactly have you seen a Stable V10.4 ROM for Mi 9?

P.S. A ROM release in the "Stable" branch doesn't mean that the ROM is bug-free. That's a common misconception.

I'm a bit confused. If i want to flash a stable build from here: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/miui-10-0-10-1-10-2-10-3-10-4-stable-release.47170/
Does it have to match my current version 10.2? Or which version is most up to date that will work on my device besides the beta builds? And yes, i am aware that it may not be completely bug-free. Thanks for helping a newbie Xiaomi user!

No, it's just that there isn't a Stable V10.3 or V10.4 for Mi 9. Xiaomi hasn't released one.
Last Stable we released for your device is V10.2.16.0.PFACNXM.
