It is very possible that your network is 3g only, so when you put in 2g your phone , you are automaticaly rejected from network. Just try with other phone to switch from 3g to 2g on same network, you will find the answer.

Yeah this is the problem. They have stopped supporting 2g network.
This is very annoying because my phone on 3g eats the battery a lot faster.

hi guys, seems that my battery drains faster i've cm11-m12 and with 1,3h of activated display it get 22% after 12h effective (6h of aereo mode) what do u think?
