Power Save Settings Not Activating

So i have power save settings turned on and all the setting turned on (lowest brightness, disconnect data/wifi, disable haptic feedback) when power reaches 10%, and i didnt notice it until a couple days back when i started actually testing this. When my power reaches 10% or lower, these settings never activate.

I noticed that on the last versions of miui it also didn't work on my desire z.
Anyone else experience this bug?? its pretty major IMO.

Yeah,now that I think about it, since gingerbread releases! And noone had caught this bug???? Its really a major part of the rom that hasn't been working for a long time. Mark, or any developer, could you take a look?
