So you're just trying to update a system app? Was it hard to write it clearly in the OP?
Anyway, updating MIUI system apps is not allowed on our ROMs. This is by design.

I'm not looking to update system apps

These two system apps have a major problem in my phone's ROM

Which can not be used

The music program sometimes closes on its own or the sound is cut off

The messaging app does not show that my message has reached the recipient

Check this option in the OK program,

This is my ROM (xiaomi.eu_multi_MI10Pro_V13.0.3.0.SJACNXM_v13-12-)

How does this have anything to do with you trying to update these apps? Absolutely nothing. Wait for the next Stable release or move to Weekly.
