Problem Restore Backups - Cloud And Sd Card..

I install the last miui9 rom 22.3 and wipe the all data in internal storage. I have backup in local SD card on my Redmi4Prime (2.5gb) and have backup in micloud but now I cant restore some apps and defenitions..

The cloud miui doesnt work! Allways error!!

If I try to restore from local SD backup some itens block the process!! P.ex: calls, contacts, defenitions...Please help..

Is any problem with restore backups of micloud?
