Problem trying install xiaomi.eu (MI8)

Hi guys, i'm trying to use Xiaomi.eu on my Xiaomi Mi8 (dipper) but when i'm try to reboot the phone it remain locked on the MIUI screen.
I have done all the wipe. Also the installation of the rom via TWRP is really slow. Do you have any idea?

more details… where do you come from, weekly, stable, first installation, magisk installed, which version do you want to install….

I was using the global stable, it's my first installation in this device. I was trying to install the miui 12.5 made by xiaomi.eu

did you format the data partition with twrp? not wipe…. if its the first time you have installed xiaomi.eu
