New Problem VPN on POCO F3

Hi everyone,

I have a POCO F3 :

Miui Global 14.0.9 (TKHEUXM)
Android Version : 13 TKQ1.220829.002
Secutity update 2023-05-01

but as you can see in the image the information to create a PPTP or L2PT VPN is not present, is it a bug in the firmware?
Is there a solution to enable PPTP and L2TP entries ?
