Problem With App Backup Un Mi Account

Hello guys,
since a month or so i'm experiencing a problem with app and data sync on Mi account.
To be short: app and data backup don't work.
Anybody has the same issue? Can you help me please?

Mine works well..
I suggest you 3 different ways..
1. Local backup.. Save files on pc (and after restore)
2. Backup via twrp.. (backup all > pc > restore)
3. (If you have supersu) backup via titanium backup.. (backup all data and app > pc > restore)

TWRP backup of all partitions is a must. You can revert back to the saved state very fast.

did you check your mi account on i.mi.com, is it full or something else ?

Don't sync sms, it's a bug

Thanks for the answer, but i turned sms sync off and nothing happened, still not working!
