I have a problem with unlocking my A2. After the restart comes quite normal the query of the PIN of the SIM card. After this is entered correctly, the lock screen will appear. But here I have no way to unlock the phone. On the screen, I see the time and date and the text "Unlock to use all features and data" (on my screen in german: entsperren um alle funktionen und daten zu nutzen) below. At the same time an announcement tells me the same as in the text: "Please unlock to use all functions and data" (in my case in german).
Normally, the lock screen is unlocked by pattern. Does anyone have an idea what to try before I reset the phone to factory settings?
