New Problems With Data Connection When Switching Off Wi-fi Hotspot (redmi 4 Prime, Eu Dev. 7.3.9)

Hi!

If I use the wi-fi hotspot for a while, I have a problem with data connection after I switch off the wi-fi hotspot. I have to put my phone to airplane mode to fix the problem.
Redmi 4 Prime, 7.3.9 EU dev. ROM

Besides this, my keyboard disapear, when I pull down the notifications, and I am unable to choose keyboards.
The problems still persist after hard reset.
