New Problems With Dual Sim

Hi buddy,
I have noted a problem in my MI 5X (xiaomi.eu developer 7.10.26) , i have 2 sim, one only for the data and when I receive a call in my principal sim i can't use internet with the other sim, the connection goes down until the call end.
I have tried to change SIM1 and SIM2 in the slot but the problem remains. Any Idea?
Is it a common problem? Do all phone work in this manner?
Is it a bug? If is how can i do to report it to xiaomi?

I would expect that both SIMs cannot be actively used simultaneously, but somebody has to confirm this for the model.

Are you aware of other dual SIM phone that can do that ?
