I have all the drivers installed and the twrp.img (Downloaded from Xiaomi.eu), I install the TWRP using the commands ("fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" and "fastboot boot twrp.img") but when restarting or turning off the device it starts again in the factory recovery "MAIN MENU RECOVERY 3.0", any solution? Am I doing something wrong ?, I appreciate your answers.

If you're using an official MIUI Global/China ROM, then flashing TWRP has no much use as it's being replaced with stock recovery by the system...
This behavior is removed on custom ROMs, like ours, obviously.
