Problems With Updating Miui 6 On Xiaomi Redmi Note 2

I have new Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 with MIUI version 66.77.33.00(LHMCNCH) I Stable and I am not able to update the version. When I launch update I get the message there is no updates available or can,t download update. Also with the Room instalation downloaded via PC and trying to update it via "choose update package" the phone does not recognize anything. With this comand it is not possible to go into the phone storage.

I am not able to opent the MI account as well.

Can anybody help me to fix that isue?

It's not official rom, you can flash official rom (stable or beta dev) from miui.com.

Your ROM is NOT OFFICIAL ROM!!!
It will never find update!!!
You need to download an official ROM from official MIUI server.
(Stable ROM: http://bigota.d.miui.com/V7.1.3.0.LHMCNCK/miui_HMNote2_V7.1.3.0.LHMCNCK_f91ea75298_5.0.zip
Developer ROM: http://bigota.d.miui.com/6.1.21/miui_HMNote2_6.1.21_d8c4726122_5.0.zip)
Install it with MiRecovery.
Or
Your need to download an Xiaomi.eu (multi) ROM from there.
(Developer ROM: http://miuif.celogeek.com/6.1.21/xiaomi.eu_multi_hermes_6.1.21_v7-5.0.zip)
And install it with TWRP Recovery.

I bought my phone at EverBuying, stock in Singapur. Does it mean that it is not the original? A fake phone? Every other feature work well without problems, except the GPS, because there is not a map on phone.

I am not sure that your phone is fake.
But I am sure that yout ROM is fake!

Turn off phone.
Turn on with VolumeUp+Power button combination.
If your phone is not fake, you will see this:

If you will see this, press Power once for Reboot.
If recovery ask Reboot to System, then press Power again.

(In recovery volume up and down make up and down
a Power = Enter)

If you found MiRecovery, then write it for us.
And we will tell you ROM Install procedure.
