[Q] MIUI 10 Global 10.2.2.0 to xiaomi.eu

Hi,

I've question about moving from global 10.2.2 with arb to xiaomi.eu. On Mi6 it was very simple and safe. Do you have solution how I have to do it?
Is any way to omit arb? Is it possible to flash permanently twrp with anti-rollback protection?

So the different is simple. first fastboot boot twrp.img and next flash twrp.img from phone using booted twrp.
Do you know if is possible to go back from beta to stable? Has it the same ARB level ?
