The new MIUI12.5.7 (official chinese) update is on stable beta stage. if i wait, is there gonna be a difference when the update become stable?

Same ROM's version = No difference between "Stable Beta" and "Stable".

You need a special rule written that says "don't write absurdly long title and 1 character content"? Use your brain. This is common forum usage, just like "edit, don't double post unnecessarily" and "stay on topic".
