Question About Ota Updates

Hello,

i am new to xiaomi.eu

i installed a few weeks ago on my new redmi note 2 the latest stable Version on my Redmi note 2:
MIUIv7
Oct 27, 2015 | 12:49AM
from xiaomi.eu

Today i get an OTA update:
miui v7.1.1.0.LHMCNCK

did i get this update from xiaomi.eu? is this an adapted update from xiaomi.eu or is this the original update from xiaomi china?

i am a little confused.

Sometimes i have some troubles when i try activate mobile data, it wont connect,
when i restart my phone and activate it again, i get mobile data connection. (hsdpa)

Do you know this issue?

Unfortunately i am not a programmer! exist error logs in miui? Where can i find them, and where can i report them to make miui better.
