https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads...xiaomi-eu-rom-for-xiaomi-redmi-k40-pro.60382/
https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/miui-12-0-12-1-12-2-12-5-stable-release.56191/
https://sourceforge.net/projects/xi...files/xiaomi.eu/MIUI-STABLE-RELEASES/MIUIv12/

link 2: (links out side that i dint see inside this forum)
https://mifirm.net/model/haydn.ttt#eu

question 1:
what the difference between those sources "links 1" and "links 2"? is the creator of those rom different?
question 2:
is the link 2 from out side of this forum okey to use?
question 3:
which source is better to use?

Most important thing to know is you have stable roms and weekly roms. If you want to try out the newest features with weekly updates, go for weekly, a sort of beta version (and a 3,4GB update every week). If you want a more stable experience, go for stable.

I've never had any stability issues with the weekly version, so you can just go for that one if the weekly download isn't an issue.

Weekly ROMs: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/21-8-4.62484/

Stable ROMs: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/miui-12-0-12-1-12-2-12-5-stable-release.56191/

You can also find the link this way:

Can the. Weekly update be just update OTA update?

And when I update weekly the bloat wares you uninstall will be installed again right?

When you install one of those ROMs for the first time you will have to erase all data, which means all default apps will be installed again, how ever there aren't nearly as many apps on the .eu ROM as the default ROM. When you update afterwards you just keep all data, no problem. Just keep in mind you can't switch between weekly and stable without erasing data, so choose now en keep your choice ;)

And yes, weekly and stable can both receive OTA updates, but you need to install them manually in recovery, which is very easy.
