MIUI Version: 2.7.13
Edit: The problem with camera is caused by saving the pictures to the external storage (sdcard)
When a picture is taken, it's saved to /sdcard-ext/dcim but the gallery app seems to be showing only pictures in the /sdcard/dcim folder. There's no way to change where the image is being saved in the camera app nor any settings in the gallery app regarding this.
logcat in attachment. it was over the character limit and i don't know what could i delete from it, sorry.

- Portable Wi-Fi hotspot: starts successfully but no internet is being passed through
- Camera: takes a picture but doesn't save it anywhere
- wiping camera data and cache
- wiping dalvik cache
- various Wi-Fi encryption methodes
- Wireless Tether for Root Users, gave me erorrs: Setting ad-hod mode failed, Activating encryption failed. Barnacle Wifi Tether gave me error: Device or resource busy
