Recommended-Tab under messaging

Hi there,
Since OTA-Updating earlier today (at least I haven't seen it before) I've got a tab titled "Recommended" in my messaging-menu:


when I click it, it offers me lot of things to select, all in chinese with numbers and more chinese text when I click one of them.

Whats that about?

Don't know exactly what the tab "does", but it is normally removed as it is intented for chinese users. But seems it slipped the devs this time
