Redmi 2 2gb Ram Xiaomi Site

I was looking on the real Xiaomi website and wanted to order the Redmi 2 2Gb to take it home with me to europe. There are 3 versions on the site: Unicom 4G Dual Card, Telecommunications 4G Dual Card and the Mobile 4G Enhanced version. Will the last one work on Europian networks?
