Probably there not yet many 3 Pro in the wild. I managed first with looked bootloader via download boot to install 7.1.3, but the gsm antenna doesn't work in the process in this rom. Thus I had go back to original chin development rom.
Today I got the bootloader unlock sms and could try other xiaomi.eur roms, but none of the stable roms are working on the pro. All have the gsm antenna offline. The only rom working for me on the project is the Chinese development rom.
Are there more pro owners out there?
