Redmi 3s Wifi Problems

I just got the R3s a few days ago, updated to MIUI Global 8.1 (MALMIDI) and have now serious problems with wifi.

It seems like the R3s only connects in downstream with 72 Mbit/s to my router while the upload just running with max 5 Mbit/s.

Already tried to change frequencies on the router (maybe my neighbours running on the same), DHCP on/off, energie saving settings in R3s off ...

But nothing really helped.

Anybody any idea???

? I not understand "what is the problem" : can you explain also "what is/can-be normal situation for you" ?

The normal connection to the router should be with the same up- and downstream rate like 72/72. But the Redmi 3 S only connect 72/5. Other devices in my Wifi-network connect always 65/65 or 296/300, but not the R3s. It must be an issue with the wifi-implementation on the R3s.
