leave it for about 30 minutes
install the latest stable version and do not follow a guide only what I was finding

Was it an upgrade of previous ROM?
If yes, Was the previous ROM stable or weekly rom?

If no, did you format data in twrp during installation?

download the rom from another forum and if i format the data in twrp
the rom i downloaded was stable and the latest version

Is the ROM xiaomi.eu custom rom? If no, then you should ask for support on the forum you downloaded the rom.
This forum provides support for Xiaomi.eu custom ROMs only.

Just download the latest stable here, format data in twrp and flash again.
Should be all good.
If not, download a fastboot rom and start from scratch, using Miflash tool or just flash through fastboot.
If you use MiFlash remember to use clear all option only, without relocking the bootloader.

You did already unlock the bootloader right?
