Redmi k30 - refresh rate missing option

I bought global version of Redmi k30 ( for some reason it says in 'About phone' it's Poco x2 and using poco launcher..)
Anyway, Redmi K30 should have in the display settings a refresh rate option but in my settings under Display I can't find the refresh rate option...

seller flashed there "phoenixin" instead of original china ROM..
you have to flash china ROM via fastboot
