Subject: Request for Assistance with Boot Loop Issue in My Redmi 10 Pro Max

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue with my Redmi 10 Pro Max smartphone. My phone has suddenly entered a boot loop on its own. When I turn it on, only the Mi logo appears, and then it turns off and keeps restarting repeatedly without progressing beyond the startup screen.

Additionally, the power button and volume up button are not working. However, when I press the volume down button, the phone enters Fastboot mode, but I am unable to proceed any further from there.

I have tried several troubleshooting steps on my own, but none of them have resolved the issue. Since this problem occurred on its own, I kindly request your assistance in diagnosing and repairing my device.

hello, I have absolutely identical problem with my redmi note 10 pro.

nothing works for me because I wasn't logged into my xiaomi account from my phone... I wrote a letter to the official support, I'm waiting for an answer...
I also tried the edl mode, apparently this requires a service account
Can you try MIFlash tool?

I cannot use the MI Flash Tool because, a year ago, my device's ( Redmi note 10 pro max ) charging port was damaged. The service center replaced the port, but since then, only charging works—USB data transfer is no longer functional, and my PC does not detect the device.
