Redmi Note 10 Which ROM?

Hello Everyone,

i need some help. I heard that the Xiaomi.eu Rom are better than the regular Xiaomi Global release. So i registered me on this website to get the best out of my phone.
Can someone say me which versoin i should download? For my Redmi Note 10 i was able to find more than 6 Versions on this website, so its a little confusing which version i should flash to my phone. As of my knowlegde the newest Version for my phone is the Version 12.0. I've already read all the forum post regarding to my phone, but i am still confused.
A link to an working image for my phone would be a big help.
