New redmi note 11 sound very low from bluetooth headset

I installed the 13.5 and 13.6 versions yesterday, but the sound of the Bluetooth headphones is very low in both versions, and my voice is low when talking on the phone, does anyone know the solution?

Me too, I have the same problem. I bought 2 days ago my JBL wave flex earbuds, and when I'm outside the sound is very low and as you, my voice is low when talking on the phone.

I try to enable the sound optimization from the sound option but the option keep standig grey.

Anyone ?

Hey guys I had the same problem with my JBL Wave Flex since the last MIUI 14 update on my Redmi note 11.
I resolved it by resetting my earbuds back to factory settings with the JBL app on my phone and then re-connect them to my phone (deleting the previous earbuds profile)
