Redmi note 13 pro 4g on Poco M6 pro 4g rom

I have seen that the Poco m6 pro 4g is essentially the same phone as the Redmi note 13 pro 4g but at a lower price, however it will come with a custom global rom from the seller. Can the Redmi note 13 pro 4g rom be installed on the Poco m6 pro 4g?

i hate POCO Launcher
AND I NEED TO USE CALL RECORDING.
If possible, will the OTA updates be installed without wiping the memory?
