the boot is still slow compared to other versions ...25 min past and still on mi interface and android dots still moving....i follow exactly the steps you describe in install twrp...i came from global MIUI developer 8.9.20 ...what is happen,how many minutes to boot again? EDIT..resolve...WIPE DATA....JUST DATA....before flash ROM with twrp with unlocked boatloader....after that first reboot time with new rom is around 4-5 minutes....must do that ,otherwise reboot is still block on mi -android interface....TILL NOW NO BUGS AFTER 1 HOUR OF USE....
