Redmi Note 4 - XIAOMI.EU Beta

I have a Redmi Note 4 with Lineage 15.1.
Now I want to install XIAOMI.EU ROM - BETA

Where do I find the ROM? Is it HMNOTE4X? I have the Global Version of Redmi Note 4.

Is it? xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote4X_8.4.26_v9-7.0.zip

If does not work. How do I install latest XIAOMI Global Beta? I have currently TWRP installed.
Just download the Recovery (ZIP) file and install via TWRP?
Or is Fastboot required? Unfortunately I do not have yet installed the drivers. My Notebook I had to do factory reset.

Yes, Qualcomm version is mido/HMNOTE4X. Wipe cache/dalvik/data and install .eu rom from TWRP.

I believe you can nowadays install Xiaomis official .zip version roms with TWRP same way as above.

Here in the Forum, I did not find this beta rom xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote4X_8.4.26_v9-7.0.zip!
It does exist! where can I find it?
