Redmi Note 4x (mtk Helio X20) Dead

i buy it a Redmi Note 4x(Mtk Helio x20), but i have on it "shop rom" and i tried install an update to a global rom and my phone stuck in mi logo, then i searched on internet and see a tutorial to flash with SP FLASH TOOLS a rom and will resolve the problem
when i do that, phone never starts up again, i think i deleted the bootloader file.

did you buy it from geekbuying?if you did You must install i dont know why china developer first and then change it to what you want but you get out of bootloop if you install that china developer.
